Solid mount for the price. It was a bit of a pain to put together (our TV is hung) with the extensor. Had to think outside the box. But works really well, is sturdy, and looks good. We are using it with a mounted 47 inch not smart LG tv.

I like this mount attached to a concrete wall.. it’s easy to attach via versa (Square area on back of tv ). You can see this is quality metal and heavy. Dosnt utilized the hooks type which worried me a bit but seems like the tv manufacture knows what they were doing. Mine is just a 55 inch tv.

First if you are going to use 4 bolts to hold this on a standard VESA mount it will not align and is off about 1/6 of an inch causing possible cross threading in the back of your TV. This is an industry standard so I am having problems understanding why this is an issue. If you drop the back bracket it to only utilize the 2 bolts to make this work the sound bar is probably going to hang down too far. I redrilled the holes to make it work with 4 bolts then attempted to put a samsung sound bar on it. Unfortunately the samsung was not wide enough to be clamped in and it only rested on the hangers. Having a toddler around I could not have this because he would just yank it down at some point. This has potential but they need to #1 make the back mounts about 1″ longer and the holes line up with the Standard VESA mounts. If you use a taller sound bar and have 4 bolts connected the hangers will be too close to the TV. We tried a BOSE solo and it was very snug against the bottom of the TV yet the clamp would not hold it because the minimum distance was too wide for now 2 soundbars. If you have thin soundbar (front to back) I would not purchase this product . If you are trying to use with a VESA mount I would also so look at another mount. Too many issue with this one.

I absolutely love this! Instead of drilling additional holes in my wall, this device can be added to the back of my TV mount to hold my soundbar! As you can see from the picture, it fits perfectly with a tilted TV mount and it can be adjusted to fit almost anything I’d imagine!! You will love it!

Easy to install. At first, I thought it wouldn’t work because my TV is 65 inches. So I only used the two lower screws. And that’s it. It worked like a charm.

I have the Samsung sound bar HW-MM55C from Costco. The holes on the bottom of the sound bar are further apart than the mount is designed per the manual, so I had to connect the 2 pieces of the mount with only 1 screw on each side instead of the designed 2 (where they connect together in the middle). Then the screws that came with this mount were the wrong size for my sound bar, fortunately I had 2 screws lying around that fit. Other than that the mount has worked perfectly.

If you’ve already got your tv on a mount then the install is super easy. Just pull the tv off the mount and then remove the plates for the mount on the tv and slide this under.Here is the first of two small issues. The bar/plates on this speaker mount are not long enough for the plates to cover both mounting points on the tv AND have enough room to mount the speaker without being blocked by the TV itself.So you have to use one set of horizontal mounting points (top or bottom depending on which side of the tv you want the speaker. You also need to account for how far the speaker will sit above or below the tv and so do a loose dry fit of the parts before you screw them down, but once you have it lined up right, put the original mount plates on top of your speaker plates and tighten it down. The plates are thin enough that you can use the original bolts for your wall mount.The second little issue is with the clamps that secure the speakers to mount. They stripped easily and so only loosely hold the speaker which isn’t a big deal as long as your tv isn’t at some weird angle.

Mounted the Vizio Elevate soundbar to the bottom of my giant VIZIO P-Series Quantum X 85″ TV that hangs on the wall with the Mount-It! Long Extension TV Mount. Definitely sticks out a bit but not noticeable at all when watching shows. Definitely would buy it again. I had the TV already mounted when I unscrewed the bottom screw of one side and slipped the bracket on, then tightened it back up. Did the other side, then finished the mounting. Easy to do with one person when TV is already mounted.I did straighten the bottom bracket tips using vice grips because the VIZIO Elevate is flat and it would have made the front of the soundbar elevated a bit. Just set the vice grips width so it can slip on without scratching the paint, then gently pry flat. No paint chipping.

For full disclosure, I used this soundbar mount with the Perlesmith Universal TV Stand for 37 to 55″ TVs. I had no problems assembling or adjusting the mount and the final build is clean, sturdy, and decent looking. USX does a good job of preparing this product for different applications by providing a lot of different screws and spacers. This mount and the accompanying hardware allow for good configuration flexibility. I needed to install my 43″ TV and a 35″ soundbar in an older entertainment center built for CRT (picture tube) televisions. I was able to mount the soundbar just above the upper bezel which gave me a compact integrated build that worked perfectly in the entertainment center.

The USX Universal Soundbar Mount was simple to adapt and install on the back of the existing Table mount and underneath the 55″ TV; the Blast Onn 5.1.2 Soundbar which weighs approximately 20- 25lbs. Held it easily and looks esthetically fantastic and turns with the position of viewing. Excellent product highly recommend it for those whom want this alternative placement. (Will take a photo and attach to this review.) Well worth the value. UPDATE: The rack mounts are 1 3/4″ wide so they accommodate the rear TV rack and mounts easily in place, one over the other with M6 bolts; just be sure that the length of the bolts are accurate.

We purchased this unit to attach to and hang at the bottom of a TV swing arm wall mount with a large (77″) flat panel and a particularly large (width, depth, height are all larger than most) sound bar. The end result looks pretty solid, and we are, by and large happy. Installation was *mostly* straight forward, but was well short of hassle free. A few observations and/or “gotcha” warnings.The two arms that functionally create the shelf for your soundbar are highly adjustable for both hanging height and for depth, but the risers at the front meant to help retain your soundbar are NOT adjustable. For some soundbars, the appearance and fit will be a bit awkward. For example, our soundbar has a rounded front facing, so the two risers do not have anything meaningful to hold onto even thought hey rise high enough to be quite visible.The hanging mechanism fits between your TV mount and the TV, with a crossbar below for the hangers to mount to. You’ll want to premeasure the height of your soundbar and how much clearance you want to have from the bottom of the TV, and plan it well in advance. If you need to adjust the height, you’ll need to pull down the TV, remove the TV side of the mount, slide your soundbar mount up or down, and then reassemble it all.The top pair of holes generally require the use of a spacer. That spacer is slightly smaller in inside hole diameter than the supplied M6/M8, and has to slip between the TV mount and the TV – getting it all to align and the screw to go through can be a challenge.There is no clear cable routing path. The nature of the beast is that there are bars hanging down and a crossbar between those two, and you can route any required cables (power and TV connectivity) behind those, but there is no cable management – that’s all on you.Overall, I doubt this has particularly more hassle to it than most soundbar mounts of this size. That said, there are relatively simple design choices that could make the installation a tad more simple.PS: They supply a allen key/screwdriver combo and a small pressed metal wrench as tools – make sure you have your own handy, as the screwdriver end of things doesn’t have sufficient leverage to release the screws if you need to slide the hanging post left/right for centering purposes, and the wrench supplied will make that otherwise simple bit of nut assembly and tightening tedious and frustrating at best – use a socket set if you have one, or at least a real wrench.Bottom line: Would I buy it again? Probably. I would do a bit more looking just to be sure, but this is a very reasonable choice for anyone looking to mount a larger soundbar such that it will hang from the TV. A wall mount option is also supplied.

We use this mount from time to time for our home theater company.Always leaves a mount, exposing wires and can never sit flush to the TV. Typically the metal is bent and one side sticks out further than the other. This type of mount only works for soundbars that need a shelf mount for the speaker to face forward, but usually when we show them to clients and given the option they mostly opt for the soundbar to face down instead of using this mount. It typically takes an extra hour to put together and mount to the TV and always leaves an undesirable gap which exposes wiring, and the wall behind. Due to prices going up we have opted for a better mount from ebay.

Needed a mount design that allowed me to use my soundbar as a base/stand to hold my panel. The hardware had to sturdy enough to hold my panel without bending from the weight as wall mounting isn’t an option I wanted to do. This kit worked perfectly for this application and I’m positive this is the only kit on Amazon that will allow you to do this (check images). Comes with plenty of hardware, screws, washers and some spacers to make your application work. Very strong brackets, definitely NOT cheap.

I used this to mount an LG sound bar above my 55″ LG TV, which is on a rotating wall mount in my bedroom. The installation was relatively easy (I did it by myself without assistance). The brackets hold the sound bar perfectly, and enable the sound bar to rotate in alignment with the TV. My only concern is that the bracket is very visible (although I’m not sure it could be avoided with the set up I’m using).

Nice, sturdy, easy to install bracket. It holds my Polk Audio Soundbar nicely. There were some installation difficulties on my Sony 43″ X80H TV. My complaint is probably more with Sony and the way they laid out the bracket holes, but if this product were designed slightly differently it would work fine. The bracket holes on the back of the set are very close together so there was difficulty mounting the two vertical brackets. Secondly, the lower holes on the set are very low and the bracket cannot be raised enough to get the soundbar up to the bottom of the TV.

I bought this as a test to see if it would wor for my soundbar since the attachment screws are actually on the bottom and not the back. this was an easy installation and for a 39″ TV it fit pretty well. I definitely would recommend this one if you have a bar with the screws on the bottom.
