To enjoy this extended 10 year limited warranty (this “Warranty”), please remember to extend your warranty hier. This Warranty is aside from any commercial warranty you may have received through the retail establishment at which you purchased your product (e.g. Amazon, Wayfair, Home Depot, or another authorized distributor).
What does this Warranty cover:
This Warranty covers defects in material and workmanship during the Warranty Period. The “Warranty Period” starts on the day on which the product was purchased (not registered). Your order number will be required as proof of purchase.
This Warranty only covers the original purchaser and not subsequent owners of the product. The Warranty also does not cover complementary accessories and tools or electric motors.

If you are having any issues with your mount, you can call customer service for free assistance during the Warranty Period. You can also email customer service at: [email protected] or complete and submit this customer service form, and we will endeavor to provide a response within one business day.
Our experts in mounts will work with you to solve your problem and answer any inquiries about the product.
If, during the Warranty Period, your product is not functioning correctly due to defects in materials or manufacturing, we will repair it free of charge or replace it at our discretion. If a product or component is no longer available, we will offer a suitable alternative in our sole discretion. This Warranty does not cover labor and will not provide labor work.
Limits to the Warranty:
This Warranty will become void immediately under one of the following circumstances:
- The product in question was not sold by one of our approved dealers, installers, or selling channels.
- The product is no longer owned by the original purchaser.
- The product was used improperly or other than as intended.
- The product has been modified.
- The product was used with televisions over the specified weight/size/range for the product in question.
- The product was improperly handled, maintained, stored, removed, re-installed or otherwise misused.
- The product has been impacted or damaged by foreign objects, accident, fire, acts of God, or normal wear and tear.
- The product was used outdoors when intended for indoor use.
Failure to follow product care and installation instruction from USX Mount will result in this Warranty becoming void. This Warranty shall not be extended or restarted upon receipt of any replacement product or component under this Warranty.
Laws related to the Warranty:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, USX Mount disclaims any other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability warranties. In any event, subject to any limitations imposed by applicable law, no express or implied warranty shall last longer than the term stated.
USX Mount will not be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use or inability to use its products, even if USX Mount has been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, USX Mount disclaims any responsibility for incidental or consequential damages (such as the cost of repairing or replacing other property which is damaged when the product/device does not work properly).
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, USX MOUNT (X-Mount Limited) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY LOST REVENUES, PROFITS OR GOODWILL, EVEN IF USX MOUNT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY, RESULTING FROM THE BREACH OF ANY WRITTEN OR IMPLIED WARRANTY.
