I bought this product two weeks ago. Instruction was easy to understand; delivery was on time. The hardware holds up my 65 inches TV verry stable w/o any issues. I bought a second set a week after that for 55 inches TV.

the motion capability is overstated. I would not label this as full motion. It works as a basic mount, but it is not truly full range as it only goes up and down tightly. the left and right motion is barely doable as you have to physically take out a screw and re-attach the screw to complete that task. Not a true full motion mount.

Used for a new Vision 58″ TV and it works great. It’s a little hard to push back against the wall, but we likely won’t be pulling it forward anyway. Easy to install, set angle, and even adjust the level of the TV after mounted. Overall very nice!

Ordered a NEW one. First one appeared with some sort of greasy substance all over the outside of the factory box inside the shipping box. I returned it without touching it. Second one came with the factory box torn and the tape seals torn open. The contents had loose hardware components floating around in the open box. Was it used sold as new? Were all the parts received?

The kit included all necessary parts, and had easy to follow, step by step instructions. Including a level makes it easier for someone with only a few tools.
An exact cardboard template for the wall mount makes all that positioning and marking easy.
The separated TV and wall mounts make installation easy, but lifting the TV onto the wall mount, though possible single handed, is best managed by two.
In short, this should be a straightforward DIY job, provided you have a solid wall or can locate the wooden studs behind your drywall.

As in the title… you can not tilt this without loosening and re-tightening the screws. What a frick’n PIA…. Also, I have a cheap little 32″ TCL in this room….. DO NOT attempt to tilt adjust by the TV itself… use the brackets that you attached to the TV otherwise you risk damaging you TV… There is a definite flex in the case of the TV even with the screws a little loose.
Easy enough to install… but as stated above.
I will probably return which sucks because now I have 4 nice holes the wall that may not line up with a different model brand…

Id give it 5 stars if the Wall Plate gave a little more leeway on the 16″ spacing. The studs in our wall did not allow the TV to be centered on the wall. I was able to make it work, but if the actual mounting frame was a bit larger, I could’ve offset it to center the TV.
All in all it’s a great mount though.
