Excellent wallmount, heavy duty and sturdy. Instructions are a little vague but workable. I seen the 1 star reviews, in my opinion they did follow the instructions, once you level the main plate the level of the rest of the mount stays true.

Overall very pleased with the Mount. It is sturdy and barely noticeable installed. . I called customer support twice for help with instructions. They were very responsive. A five star for that!. It took most of my day to do this but I don’t do this type of thing often. I found the mount sturdy but challenging to pull in and out, adjust angles and level. It still is slightly off from level but I need to do that another time. The Velcro ties work to hide cords and cables but they were awkward to use.

This product receives an overall rating of 5 stars due to the durability of the product and the added instruction and template included to assist in aligning the mounting holes on the wall. Now the mount does require some time to scan for studs, measure correctly, and ensure that you have the mount level for installation. This product was used for a 70″ tv to mount in the living room above the fireplace and it required an additional set of hands and extra time to measure and install. While it wasn’t quick, the instructions are seamless and the added level and mounting template were extremely helpful and valuable. The TV looks amazing, it opened up the room quite a bit, and I would absolutely recommend this product, even for a large tv.

After moving, we had misplaced our brackets to attach the TV to the mounting system.
Not wanting to purchase another full mounting system, I contacted customer service and was able to acquire new brackets.
Additionally, they asked to make sure I had the bolts for securing the brackets, something I didn’t think about, and they were able to send those to me as well.
We have 2 of these, one for each of our TV’s and they are working perfectly.
