I bought this to replace a full motion mount that I just didn’t need, my old mount was bulky and stuck out of the wall quite a bit, this gave my tv a sleeker look and walking space back in my bedroom. Will this hold a 90lb tv? I don’t know since I’m not hanging a project lamp type tv, but it definitely works for my 50″ LG tv that weighs around 25lb’s. Also make sure you have some help plugging in your plugs or someone to drop the cables through the walls before you mount the tv to the bracket, this thing is flush against the wall and you will not be able to reach behind the tv to get your hdmi, power or any other cables you need to plug.

Yes, the assembly was easy and it came with detailed instructions. The hardest part was trying to figure out if I needed to use the spacers behind the TV for the brackets. I used them anyway.
