This kit has everything you need. All you need is a TV and a wall (with a stud). Oh and a 1/2″ socket/wrench and a drill bit.
The kit includes a variety of sized bolts and spacers to mount the bracket to the back of your TV. It includes the lag bolts to go into the stud in your wall. Brackets to mount to the tv and wall. An allen/philips tool that you can use for the TV and arm bracket. But you will need some type of wrench to turn the lag bolts into the wall.
The bracket for the back of the TV has every imaginable/standard hole location, with brackets to extend the mount to accommodate larger TV or mounting options.
The bracket to attach the arm to the wall has three holes (for the 3 included lag bolts), but the design of this is GREAT, as the bottom hole is wide/arc to allow you to put in the middle bolt, then make fine adjustments to the bottom bolt to get the bracket perfectly level… using the included level!!! The top and middle holes are easily accessible by drill so you can drill your final hole in the perfect location.
**PLANNING TIP** Look to see if there is a stud in the CENTER of where you want your TV mounted. This TV mount is designed to mount directly on top of a single stud and does not have the installation brackets to install across two studs. So you need a stud in the center of your ideal TV placement. The arm does articulate, so you can move it in/out and pivot left/right, but when flat against the wall, you only have one position option. No left/right adjustment.

Product is limited for size of TV, not suitable for TVs much bigger than 55”, because it anchors ONLY on 2 screws to a stud, not designed to be anchored into Sheetrock. Other than that it’s a great mount.

I was expecting a piece of junk. So many of the articulating mounts are terrible. This is very well made, no slop in the pivot points, didn’t sag down when pulled out. I would buy this one again.

You will need at least minimal DIY skills to properly hang this mount.
Positive location of the middle of a 2×4 stud is paramount for a successful and safe mounting. This, and all other instructions must be adhered to. Read them carefully BEFORE beginning.
The above statements would hold true for any product for mounting a TV on a wall.
That said, the job is not difficult, and very satisfying in the end.
An electronic stud finder will be a big help in locating a stud, and specifically, the CENTER of the stud, as the mounting holes NEED TO BE STRAIGHT, AND IN THE CENTER OF THE STUD. They also need to be drilled to a specified depth. To accomplish that, position the drill in the chuck, using a ruler to measure the amount of drill that sticks out, then tighten the chuck. Drill the hole until the chuck just touches the wall.
Only three holes are required to be drilled. The rest of the process is just putting things together and insuring all screws and bolts are correctly installed and tightened sufficiently … but not overtightened. Attaching the TV to the mount is a breeze, and leveling it is simple, as well. Once finished, you will be able to swing your TV into the perfect viewing position, and stow it nearly flat against the wall when not in use.

For the price you cannot beat the quality. We bought this for mom’s assisted living room so her 52 inch Samsung TV could swivel in a door opening. She can see it in the bedroom and living room. Mount works great on that small 4 inch side wall.

I Bought One For The Living Room To Test Out. The Description Says It’s Rock Solid And A Child Could Hang On It Depicting How Much Weight And Durable It Is. I Thought That Was A Little Weird To Use That Example Because Why Would A Child Be Hanging On It In The First Place. I Received The Product And Found Out That It Was Pretty Solid And Heavy Duty. It Has Some Weight To It But Not Too Bad. I Bolted It To The Wall And Afterwards I decided To Hang On It Slightly At First And It Was Solid. This Is A Great Product. I Ended Up Buying Another One For Our Daughter’s Room And Soon Will Get One For The Bedroom. It’s Super Easy To Install As Long As You Have A Way To Find Your Wall Studs And Have Some Power Drill To Bolt It. The Range Of Motion Is Pretty Good In My Opinion. At Least For What We Want.
