So far its done everything I needed. Has a mounting template so not hard to mount. As long as it holds up everything is fine.

I have been looking for a TV wall mount with the ability to turn side to side but most importantly it had to be rated for an exterior application. I ordered a few and sent them back because they just didn’t feel sturdy enough and there was metal that appeared as though it would rust. This mount feels sturdy right out of the box and appears to have all metal surfaces coated. The range of motion is good and it is made well.
I’ll post an update if it should begin to rust but so far I’m feeling good about this one.

With the enclosed template and bubble level the TV mount was easy to install. My application is an outdoor mount on a covered patio for a 55″ flat screen. The support wall has stucco. I had to purchase separately 4 anchors for this installation. It has been less than a week. So far it looks like it’s going to work. The jury is still out on the weather resistant finish.
